#92 Fiction Prompt: Live And Learn Copy

In his book, Live and Learn and Pass It On: People Ages 5 to 95 Share What They’ve Discovered About Life, Love, and Other Good Stuff, writer H. Jackson Brown, Jr. said,  “I’ve learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way s/he handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.” Tell a story in which a character has to deal with one, two, or all three of these scenarios. How does your character respond? *Note, this quote has often mistakenly been attributed to the writer Maya Angelou. Speaking of Ms. Angelou, I Know What Why The Caged Bird Sings is a brilliant book that had a huge impact on me when I first read it in middle school.
