1.20 Denouement

I hope you all have been practicing your slightly sweeping hand gesture when saying the word denouement aloud. It makes you look like a super cool know-it-all. The denouement is which is the story’s ending scene. If there are any final loose ends to tie up, now would be the time to do it, before that final period, because how awky if you tried to keep going past the last period! The reader may really think about a major theme in the story, which is the underlying message you think the character and events that have taken place in the story lead us to believe. The ending of your story is the very last impression you get to make on your reader, so why not try to really nail it?
